What is collected

• Information you submit through forms: name, email, optional phone and Instagram handle, project details, and preferred dates.
• If you become a client: agreements, invoices, payment status, and the photographs or video created for your project.
• Basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the website.

Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on this website.

How it is used

To answer your inquiry, prepare quotes and agreements, deliver your project, process payment, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Marketing email is sent only with your separate, explicit consent, and every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe.

Your photographs

• Proofs and finished photographs are delivered through private links sent only to the email address on your booking.
• Your likeness is never used in Vynem portfolios, social media, or advertising without a separate, signed release that you choose to give.
• Intimate portraiture is never displayed publicly without separate, express written consent. Declining marketing use never affects your service.

Service providers

Information is shared only with providers needed to run the business, such as website hosting, form handling, payment processing, secure file storage, electronic signature, email delivery, and print labs for album orders you request. Information is not sold.

Retention

Delivery links remain available for a limited period stated in your agreement. Legal and financial records are kept as long as required by law.

Your choices
