Copyright
Paying for a session does not transfer copyright. Copyright in the photographs and video remains with the creator unless a written agreement says otherwise. What you receive is a license: clear permission to use your finished images in the ways described in your agreement.
Included personal use
Where applicable to your experience, finished images may be used for:
- Personal social media
- Your personal portfolio
- Casting and agency submissions
- Personal professional promotion
- Authorized unpaid editorial submissions
Artist and brand experiences
The Artist Identity includes one independent single or release cover use. That use is never charged a second time.
The Brand Visual includes your brand's own organic website and social media use within the agreed scope. There are no surprise charges for usage already included.
Commercial licensing

Every commercial license defines the permitted media, duration, territory, licensee, number of works, exclusivity, distribution, alteration permissions, and any third party restrictions. Standard sessions carry no royalties.
Proofs
Watermarked proofs are provided for selection only and may not be published or used.
Credit
Photographer credit is appreciated where practical. It is required only where your agreement says so, and credit is never a substitute for payment when work is commissioned.
