Booking Policies

Inquiries and confirmation

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date. Each project is reviewed personally. A booking is confirmed only when all of the following are complete:

• The project has been accepted and a personalized quote approved.
• The applicable agreement has been signed.
• The booking payment has been received and verified.
• The date has been reserved on the calendar.

All clients and every person photographed or filmed must be at least 18 years old.

Payment

• 50% of the creative fee is due at booking and is credited toward the total.
• The remaining 50% is due when editing is complete, before unrestricted final delivery.
• Approved studio rental, travel, printing, or other third party costs that must be paid in advance may be collected earlier, as itemized in your quote.
• Final files may be held until the agreed balance is paid.
• There are no automatic penalties for late payment.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is available with at least 72 hours' written notice, subject to availability.

Arrival and timing

There is a grace period of fifteen minutes for arrival. An absence of 30 minutes without any communication may be treated as a missed session under the signed agreement. Additional session time is optional, and is charged at the stated rate only when both parties agree.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation terms are set out in your agreement and distinguish between the reservation of your date, preparation already performed, expenses already incurred, recoverable vendor costs, and creative work not yet performed.

• If you cancel, the refundable portion of your payment depends on how far in advance you cancel and what costs have already been committed on your behalf, as stated in your agreement.
• If the studio cancels and a mutually acceptable new date cannot be found, you receive an appropriate refund for services not provided.
• Material service failures and extraordinary circumstances are handled fairly and in writing.
• There are no hidden penalties.

Delivery

• Photography proofs: within three business days after the session.
• Photography finals: within ten business days after you submit your selections.
• Motion finals: within fourteen business days after filming and receipt of any materials you are providing.
• Motion packages include one consolidated revision round. Corrections needed because the delivery did not meet the agreed specifications are not billed as additional revisions.
• Rush delivery is available only by written approval.

Proofs and finished files are delivered by private email link. Watermarked proofs are for selection only and are not licensed deliverables. Please download and keep your own backup of finished files once they arrive; delivery links remain available for a limited period described in your agreement. Travel and production expenses

• Sessions within the complimentary travel area carry no travel fee.
• Beyond it, driving is charged at $0.76 per round trip mile, plus parking and tolls at actual approved cost.
• Flights, lodging, ground transport, studio and equipment rental, and other vendors are passed through at their actual approved cost, with no markup.
• Labor on travel days, where required, is quoted separately and identified clearly, starting at $175 per travel day.
• All travel estimates are approved by you in writing before anything is booked. Unavoidable changes are handled through a written change order.

Pricing

Listed rates reflect the base creative experience. Your personalized quote discloses every applicable cost before confirmation. Once your agreement is signed, its prices do not change unless both parties approve a written change order.
